To guarantee absolute safety and peace of mind, we operate out of a 100% dedicated eggless kitchen. There are never any eggs processed in our baking workspace. We specialize in custom birthday cakes, anniversaries, baby showers, cupcakes, dry tea-time cakes, and gourmet Indian fusion cakes for customers across Dartmouth, Halifax, Bedford and nearby communities.

Nova Cakes isn't a factory or a franchise — it's Aman's home kitchen in Dartmouth. Every cake that leaves our door was baked, layered, frosted and finished by her hands, one order at a time.
The bakery grew out of the celebrations Aman baked for at home. Many of the people she bakes for — family included — don't eat eggs, and she watched too many of them settle for the single “eggless option” at the back of a bakery case. She believed an egg-free cake should never feel like a compromise, so she built a kitchen where it never is: 100% eggless, with no eggs ever entering the workspace.
That belief shapes the menu too — classic favourites like red velvet and chocolate sit next to the Indian fusion flavours closest to her heart, like rasmalai and gulab jamun, all made from scratch with pure butter, fresh cream and premium ingredients.
